How to Maintain Mental Health


Most of the people spend a lot of time in their daily lives busy with work activities, either working in an office or working through their own business. These activities include busy building relationships, completing time frames in order to earn income. Of course, having a job with satisfying results can have a positive impact on your body and mental health. 

The burdens and responsibilities that are carried out in a work job greatly affect the impact on our mental health. even more,

If the work environment is not healthy, it will certainly affect the results of our work. This is the reason in carrying out work activities, we still need to pay attention to our own mental health conditions. Don't let work make you psychologically burdened. 

So that mental health is not disturbed while in the work environment, please consider several things that can be taken:

~ Sharing Feelings with Close People

When we express what you feel to others, this method can maintain mental health, especially when you are experiencing a problem at work or in the work environment. Talking about your feelings doesn't mean you're weak. But this can help reduce the burden of the mind that you feel so that when in work activities the mind is not burdened with other things so that when doing work it becomes more focused. 

~ Doing activities other than work activities

To be able to exercise regularly can help increase the rate of blood circulation which affects the skin to be tight and the face looks fresher than usual, this can increase self-confidence, also affects rest. sleep feels better and physically feel much fitter. By taking the time to exercise regularly for 15-30 minutes every day is enough, by walking or cycling on the streets or parks around our neighborhood. 

~ Consuming nutritious food and getting enough rest

By regulating healthy and nutritious food patterns, it really supports physical and mental health and also affects mood directly or indirectly. Doing activities of eating small snacks or snacks in between free time or between breaks at mealtimes. 

When doing other activities outside of work time such as watching TV at home, entertainment places and others. SHOULD not spend excessive time for example at night playing games, watching tv until it is too late at night. create unhealthy conditions. If we don't get enough rest at night, it can cause our bodies to become sleepy and less focused, making them susceptible to disease. 

~ Making Time for Leave

By taking advantage of time off by doing hobby activities that we like or vacationing with family or spending time traveling alone to places we like without being disturbed by thoughts about work, this of course keeps our mental health healthy.
