Hard Reset Samsung M20 from Screen

The end result of this second process is almost the same as the first stage as described above which causes data to be deleted on the SAMSUNG Galaxy M20 Smartphone, so please first move the important data contained on your Samsung Smartphone to another storage media and as preparation please do cash your Smartphone fully charge the battery first to full at least 75% of the battery capacity, because this requires high performance for the Samsung Galaxy M20 to require a large amount of power in the process of DOING HARD RESET. Please follow the tutorial:

1. Please turn on the phone by pressing the Power button for a few moments. 

2. After the Initial Home Menu appears, select "Settings" and "General Management". 

3. Next select “Reset” and “Factory Data Reset”. 

4. Then select "Reset". 

5. Then select "DELETE ALL" to delete all your data on the Samsung Galaxy M20 Smartphone. 

6. Then please wait for the process to finish, then the system will automatically delete all data on the Smartphone. Until it returns to Normal again as usual to the factory Initial settings, it's done.
