BlackBerry Download the Appworld Problems Cached Credentials

     In Appworld application on BlackBerry smartphones is very important but sometimes the application does not work properly or the occurrence of an error the next time you perform a download with the symptoms of the always fails and displays the "Not Cached Credentials", then close itself off Appworld. Event like this is very confuse one can cause problems in the Appworld cache.  And to solve this you can perform reset or clear the cache. Through a number of ways you can refer to it as follows:


a. Please Open App World

b. Then select --- > tap menu My World

c. Follow one of the following methods according to the type of your BlackBerry.

    - If you are using a BlackBerry  keyboard, you can press and hold down the ALT key and simultaneously press the R, S, and T.

   - But when you use the BlackBerry

    automatically Appworld closed by self.

e. You can turn off your BlackBerry and then
    let’s turn on again with the battery
